1. Using our store

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, including trying to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Moss, coir and other natural materials vary in color, texture and fullness, so your item may look slightly different from the photos. Sizes are approximate. If an item isn't as described, our returns policy applies.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email means we've received your order, not that it's been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full. To change or cancel your own order, email us as soon as possible; once it has shipped, the returns policy applies.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Using our products safely

• Follow the guide included with your order and on our website.
• Floral pins and small parts can be sharp or a choking hazard; keep them away from children and pets.
• Plant growth depends on light, water, care and the plant itself. Our products support climbing plants, but we can't guarantee specific results such as leaf size or growth speed.

7. Content and trademarks

All text, guides, photos, graphics and logos on mosspoleshop.com belong to Moss Pole Shop or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Moss Pole Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of or damage to plants, arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that result from your misuse of the site or products, or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a problem comes up, please email us first; most issues can be solved quickly and informally.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision.
